Moderately priced hotel in a nice enough area adjacent to the waterfront, so many very good restaurant, Halifax. Comfortable room, upgraded bathroom. Accommodating staff with their service and the friendliness of the staff. Good pool, parking on-site. Not to mention great wifi!

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacy, clean. Bathroom large.
The hotel reception is unfriendly and cool. Their dress is very casual, and one wore an unironed shirt. I stayed twice over the past few weeks, and the first time the check in clerk looked frumpy and didn't offer a smile or look at me when she spoke, and she spoke very little. She asked only necessary questions, and there was no attempt at friendliness. This was during my last stay at the same hotel. Also during the first stay, the carpet in my room was very stained....all over. The second time, the room was much more whatI had expected.

We stayed in a Queen Room with two queen beds, and the location was fantastic! Just a stroll away from the waterfront, we enjoyed the vibrant local scene. The staff went the extra mile to ensure our family feel at home.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities at the hotel. It would be great to have a better pool area with natural light.

The hotel was well situated for what we wanted - close to the harbour and for shopping on Spring Garden Road. I appreciated the umbrella that was provided, as I didn't have mine with me. We found the room quite comfortable.

Osition, wide rooms
For breakfast/lunch and dinner you have to get off from the hotel and the door to access isalways open; therefore everybody can get in to the hotel without passing through the reception

The beds were wonderful! It was great having the restaurant so close and available from the inside.
I paid extra for the third person, however, did not receive anything for the third person. That is, only two coffee cups, coffee for one person, water for one person, shampoo, conditioner, etc., The room was originally booked for two, therefore, should of at least been ready for two people, and when I changed booked to three, should it not have been equipped for three?
